Quarrying is one of the most important industry segments for hydraulic attachment tools & fixed boom systems. Hydraulic breakers are common wherever rocks are excavated or their size is to be reduced for further processing.
Many quarries accumulate over size boulders that are too large to load into the crushing plant. Excavator mounted hydraulic breakers are required to break the oversize boulders to a size that can be fed into the crushing plant. A key element for quarrying (just like in mining) is to then crush the rock/ore to a desired size.
Maintaining the crushing plants throughput by eliminating blockages / bridging using a fixed boom system helps ensure blockages are safely removed and production throughput is maintained.
