Are you changing the lubricant cartridge
the right way on HB/MB Atlas Copco Hammers?

Follow these easy steps…

 

Step 1:

Open the cartridge by taking off the cap and, on sealed cartridges,
by cutting off the seal above the cone.

IMPORTANT: Do not cut off or damage the cone itself!

 

 

Step 2:

Depress the cartridge piston with your thumb until lubricant emerges from the threaded end.

 

 

 

 

Step 3:

Screw the cartridge into the bore provided in the pump unit as far as it will go.

The ContiLube II is now ready for operation.
