Epiroc/Atlas Copco HB2000 Hydraulic Hammer & Hard Rock Mining Works

In 2017 our valued customer invested in their first high performance Atlas Copco (Epiroc) HB2000 hydraulic hammer for hard rock secondary mining works on their 28T excavator in central Queensland. 2 years later another hammer was needed for civil works on our customers new 45T excavator.

The new HB3100 Atlas Copco (Epiroc) high performance hammer was delivered and commissioned at our customers central Queensland site by BA Equipment Group. The Atlas Copco (Epiroc) HB series of hydraulic breakers feature a range of productivity enhancing features which include the Patented Intelligent Protection System (IPS) which combines the AutoControl and StartSelect functions into a fully automated system. Basically this means that no matter what application our customers have – they will achieve faster breaking times and less wear.
